By contacting Vivah Cards, placing an order, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

These terms apply to all clients of Vivah Cards, whether you order a Starter, Premium, or Luxury plan.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with an order.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

A 100% upfront payment is required before we begin work on your event website. Work does not commence until payment is confirmed.

Payments are accepted via UPI, bank transfer, or Razorpay. We will send you a payment link via WhatsApp once you confirm your order.

Pricing is subject to change. The price quoted to you at the time of confirmation is the price you will pay — no hidden charges.

Each plan includes a set number of free revisions (Starter: 1, Premium: 3, Luxury: unlimited within 14 days). Additional revisions beyond the included limit will be billed at ₹299 per round.

We aim to deliver your website within the timeline mentioned at order confirmation — typically 2–7 business days depending on the plan and content provided.

Timely delivery depends on you providing all required content (photos, couple names, event details) promptly. Delays caused by missing content will not be our responsibility.

Your website will be shared with you via a live preview link before we hand over the final version.

You confirm that all photos, text, and other content you provide to us for your website belong to you or that you have the right to use them.

Vivah Cards retains the right to display your completed website in our portfolio and on social media as a showcase, unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing before order completion.

We will not use your personal photos for any commercial purpose beyond portfolio display without your written consent.

All website templates, design elements, and code created by Vivah Cards remain our intellectual property. You receive a license to use the completed website for your personal event.

Your event website will remain live for 6 months from the delivery date (included in all plans). After 6 months, continued hosting requires renewal at ₹499/year.

We will notify you via WhatsApp at least 30 days before your hosting period expires.

In the unlikely event of server downtime, we will work to restore your website within 24 hours. We are not liable for data loss caused by third-party hosting providers.

If you choose to host the website on your own domain/server, we will provide you with all necessary files. In that case, Vivah Cards is not responsible for any hosting-related issues.

If you cancel your order before we have started work, you are entitled to a full refund within 7 business days.

If work has already commenced (you have received a draft or preview link), a 50% refund will be issued.

No refund is applicable once the final website has been delivered and approved by you.

Refund requests must be made via WhatsApp or email within 48 hours of the triggering event (cancellation or dissatisfaction with a delivered milestone).

We are committed to making things right — if you are unhappy with the quality of our work, please speak to us first and we will do our best to resolve it before any refund discussion.

Vivah Cards is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use your event website.

Our total liability to you in any circumstance is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question.

We are not responsible for issues arising from content you provided (e.g., copyrighted images, incorrect event details).

We make no guarantee that your website will be accessible 100% of the time, as this depends on third-party hosting infrastructure.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal.

We strongly encourage resolving any disputes amicably through direct communication with our team before pursuing legal action.
